If I decide to move forward with a 360, how does the process work?

Client identifies evaluators

  • The process begins by you, the client, identifying between 5-10 evaluators to fill out a survey on your behalf. We can help you identify an ideal mix of evaluators, if helpful.  
  • Once your evaluators have agreed to participate in your 360, your work is done! 


We administer a survey to your evaluators: 

  • Once we have the names and emails of your evaluators, we administer a survey to each of your evaluators and monitor progress. 
  • We own all monitoring and follow-up so that you do not have to keep track of these details.  


We generate a comprehensive 360 report profiling your full results. This report includes: 

  • A full-picture view of leadership impact drawn from multiple perspectives, revealing strengths, gaps, and blinds spots. 
  • Qualitative, written comments from your evaluators. 
  • Comparison to the global leadership norms and where you stand relative to global benchmarks. 
  • A summary of your unique leadership brand -- the combination of your highest rated competencies.


We debrief the results with you in a 1:1 coaching session 

  • We carefully guide you through the results of your 360, providing you the opportunity to ask questions, reflect, and identify key action items and takeaways. 
  • Your results are entirely confidential, and not shared with your evaluators.
